The Burgundy of Teas – Keemun is full bodied, has a sweet liquor, and produces a dark red cup when steeped. Its bouquet, like the fragrance of an orchid, is superb. This Keemun is the Congou (Gongfu) variety in which skill and experience are required to produce thin, tight, unbroken strips of tea leaf. From the Qimen County in Anhui Province, China. Kosher.
