Coffee roasted and packaged to your specifications.

Kobos Coffee’s High Volume Private Label Custom Roasting is a flexible program designed for companies wishing to accelerate their growth in the coffee market. By allowing us to do the roasting and packaging, your business doesn’t have to invest large amounts of capital in expensive equipment or spend time developing the expertise needed to roast and package your own coffee. Over the decades, we have custom roasted coffees for major national coffee brands, regional grocery stores, and large foodservice accounts.

Quality: The trouble with most contract or private labeling arrangements is maintaining quality. We roast coffee for our own customers, so we’re familiar with the
demands of consistent, fresh coffee that will delight customers year after year. We have been craft roasting since 1973, and have never strayed from fresh, high quality coffee.

Scale: Our large roasting facility uses multiple sizes of Probat roasters, meaning we can scale from small orders of several hundred pounds to several hundred thousand pounds. We will optimize the process of roasting and packaging your coffee so that the end result is the same with each order.

The Process: At Kobos Coffee, we begin by listening so that we can understand the needs and goals of your business. Then, together we can determine the desired level of service. Some customers prefer to purchase their own green coffee beans and have them roasted to their specifications, while others wish for us to select the green beans and suggest roasting profiles. Either way, we have the roasting capacity and knowledge to produce a superb product.

Our entire team is dedicated to making you proud of the product you deliver to your customers.

About Kobos: It began in 1973, when David and Susan Kobos imported a Probat drum- style coffee roaster directly from Germany and began roasting coffee in the front of their Portland, Oregon kitchen store. Over the decades, the company has grown to a 42,000 square foot roasting facility, with state of the art production equipment. Staying true to the original vision, Kobos remains dedicated to craft roasting exceptional coffees with the highest quality standards. Read more.
