Sumatran Mandheling Coffee

Sumatran coffee, grade 1 Mandheling. This wonderful coffee was introduced to me in the early 1970’s by Erna Knutsen, the Grand Dame of the specialty coffee brokers. In searching for the perfect Sumatran she taught me the importance of finding a balance between its unique earthy flavor, spicy aroma, and low-acid syrupy body. Mandheling is one of the great Sumatrans. – David Kobos
